This bridge is away from the crowds and noise, would suggest if you have the time to take a picnic lunch and enjoy the sound of the water.

I visited there several times at sunset and then at night doing EVP work. This is a beautiful bridge with alot of history. It does give you an eerie feeling and several times I felt something around. I picked up voices on EVP and cannot wait to go back and do more since I am becoming more familiar with the...

We went twice once during the day and once at night. Bring your camera. There is free parking. You can walk on the bridge but not drive over it. You can walk through a wooded path and it takes you down to the water.
We got lost and stumbled upon this place. I was happy, since it was one of the places I wanted to see. It was so serene and peaceful. I wish there was no graffiti, that is a shame. But otherwise it is a very neat bridge with a significant history to the battle

Finding it is th hardest part. I guess they dont want it overrun with tourists. But it is a nice peaceful place.
We have visited many covered bridges in Vermont and were certainly not diappointed with this. A very peaceful location.
