This was an interesting, educational, efficient walk of Independence Park & surrounding attractions. The tour guide Tim was knowledgeable about tour-specific and more general Philly historical/current events info. It was a pleasant walk and fun.

This was a two hour walking tour around the historical buildings such as Constitutional Hall, the Liberty Bell, Christ Church and several others. We had a wonderful guide and I learned a lot.

The kids were (with adult help) negotiate a map leading them to the sites. So informative! You really feel as thought you understand that period in history.

Pros: This is a great overview of the history around Philly. Obviously they can't fit in every historic value of the city, but it's a great spot for tourists! The walk is about 1.5 hours and there are so many stops that the walk doesn't feel long and terrible. There were people of all ages in our group, so if... More

This was our first visit to Philly. We decided to book a walking tour because we only had a short time for our visit. Although this is a group tour, my husband and I turned out to be the only ones on the tour. Our guide Ben is a visiting professor of history at Temple and did an excellent job... More

The tour guide was very informative and this was a great way to get an introduction to the city. It was a good way to see where I wanted to return to and see more off. It was about an hour and a half and a little over a mile of easy downtown walking. It was also helpful to learn... More

Tour guide was very knowledgable and tour was good. Lasted about 1.5 hours however it was a small group on the tour I was on. It's about 1.25 mile walk and a great introduction to Philadelphia.

Very engaging way of conducting a tour, but they're still imparting the same wrong information that was in the history books of 30 years ago, which is disappointing especially as the truth is equally as interesting as the stories that everyone knows.

Great way to spend our Saturday! Our tour guide was great and very informative. We probably did something similar when we were younger but this was much more meaningful at this point in our life. We will definitely revisit some of the historic sites that this tour had to offer.
