How can you go to New York and not go up the Empire State Building. People say the Rockerfeller Building is equally as good but the ESB is so iconic. Views are great - of course! you can spend as long as you like up there. However I wouldn't bother with the 'Skyride' (a simulator) whilst it is good ('flies'... More

We visited the Emprie State Building at night. The views were spectacular! I highly recommend this attraction. Do yourself a favour, get the audio guided tour. Great for some insights into NYC while your on the observation level. Do not waste your money on the Sky Ride. Absolutely terrible and not worth the money or time. It is a great... More

Easy to find for obvious reasons. We got our tickets off the guys in yellow jackets out side & skipped all the cues. This is a must when visiting NY & the views & history of the place are great.

I have been to New York loads of times before but never had a reason to visit the Empire State Building. Because my wife is not from America I thought this would be a great opportunity to go up and visit such a grand monument. From the views from the Observation Deck, I felt emotions of being deeply proud of... More

Not ridiculously over-priced, but something I think everyone should experience once if they are visiting New York. The Skyride simulator was a good touch to the experience and gives you a chance to think about visiting other sights you may not have thought about before your trip.

This iconic landmark in New York is everything that you expect it to be.The lifts that take you to the viewing areas are fast and frequent and the staff are well organised so there was no pushing and shoving .The views are brilliant even at night which is when we visited as we'd done Top of the Rock during the... When you visit New York, do not forget to visit Empire State Building at least once for your life. If you like art deco architectonical style, you will be thrilled by beauty of building itself. Of course, the view from observation deck is spectacular. Observation deck can be a little bit overcrowded but you will find your spot without troubles.... More
