this is a strange out of the way place, next to the huge old hotel. it has extremely choice collections of things, with something for everyone. interesting historical exhibits; beautiful presentation of modern crafts.

We live in Asheville and it's my husband's go-to place to get me special jewelry. Very helpful staff and exquisite, artistic gifts.
Charming gallery, restaurant, and museum with an interesting history. Truly gifted and talented artists represented here. One of the best galleries in Ashville
There were enough cars to be able to see how the technology evolved. Even an early LaFrance fire engine! Would have helped if there was a knowledgeable guide available. Have seen many collector car exhibits but this one feels like Bonnie and/or Clyde might be looking over your shoulder for their next "ride"! Had never seen so many "gangster" era cars in one place. Very educational, too.

I'm embarrassed to say that we've been going to the Grove Park Inn for years and this was the first time we ever took the time to visit the Grovewood Gallery and Car Museum - and, man-o-man! All the things we've missed seeing over the years! I do love old cars so the car museum is a treat - even...

We had shopped here on our honeymoon 15 years ago and bought a nice little piece as a rememberance. It was fun to go back and see what's new. Plenty of nice art pieces mixed with typical tourist type items, but definately not a T-Shirt shop. The furniture upstairs was high quality craftsmanship as were the art objects. A great...
