Captain Kurt, Luke and Thomas took us on the most exciting experience of our Hawaii vacation! Don't go if you aren't ready for the time of your life and willing to get wet. But if you want to laugh, see the most beautiful sights, mingle with other tourists from around the globe, enjoy good food and witness a gorgeous sunset,... More

You get soaking wet!.. in the info sheet they tell you to bring a light cover up.. WRONG.. bring a whole different pair of cloths! and PRAY those stay dry. And forget about taking pictures while "cruising" (more like racing) the coast ..you and the camera will get soaking wet if you try. I thought we would slowly cruise the... More

The swells were in the 5-8 foot range(according to a retired navyman we spoke with), the sky was threatening rain on the north bound leg of the trip. On the return half of the trip the seas calmed, but we did get some rain, but it held off until we had eaten our delicious steak and shrimp dinner. Our crew... More

We booked the 2 hr subset sail around Kauai, as we wanted to be on the ocean but didn't want to snorkel. The crew was pleasant and the boat was great, however I wish we had gone around to the NaPali coastline for sunset, as this is the best point for a sunset. Nevertheless the views we had from the... Let me start out by saying that the staff on this boat was very accommodating and attentive. I could tell they wanted to do anything to help the guests. They also took things slow and warned us when things got rough. However those are things I wish I knew before I got on the boat. Please be prepared for this.... More

Got back, neck, or shoulder issues? Get motion or sea sick easily? This trip is not for you. If you're an adventure junkie, sign up now. The raft is a bumpy ride and you have to hold on tight. Depending on the wave conditions, it's like riding a bucking bronco, which quite honestly is part of the fun. You'll be... More

We decided to do a cruise at the last minute (Friday) and were able to book tickets for Sunday's sunset cruise. Despite my mild seasickness (the water wasn't too rough, but I guess I don't have great sea legs), I am so happy we did this. The staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the local history and sights (and... More

My girlfriend and I took Captain Andy's morning snorkeling tour of the Na Pali coast. It was the first day of the strong southern swell and we were worried that we might not be able to get out of the harbor. After looking at the surf for a few minutes our Captain Junior determined it was safe and off we... More

We booked a Sunset Cruise on Capt. Andy's 65ft motorized catamaran Southern Star to (1) cruise Kauai's western coast seeking dolphins and whales, (2) take pictures of the NaPali cliffs in late afternoon sun, (3) enjoy the "open bar" while cruising, and (4) have a dinner on board at sunset. All 4 things were made possible by Capt. Rick and... More

First off, we'd like to thank Capt. Casey, John, & Kelvin for their complete attention to us and everyone else on the boat. They took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of from beginning to end. The boat ride was one of amazing beauty accompanied by a nice continental breakfast on the way...
