During the expedition we saw many wild animals and learned a lot about them and the Jackson hole area. It was very fun and informative, our guide was world class, and had a personal connection to the area because she lived there for many years. She knew routes and areas that maximized our ability to find wildlife on the trip.... More

My husband and I joined a small group of other explorers who were eager to witness wildlife in its native habitat and to enjoy the wonders of Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks. In three days, our guides, Paul and Shawn, helped us feel at home in Yellowstone, including its Lamar Valley, the "Serengeti of North America," driving us through... More

This was my first wildlife expedition and it was memorable. What made the difference were the two guides, Paul and Shawn. Both biologists. Extremely knowledgable, very professional whilst warm and personable. They spotted so many wild animals for us (wolves, black bears, grizzlies, bold eagles, elks, and more) that we would have never seen had we looked for them. They... More

Great choice. What sets Teton Science schools apart from others is perhaps the genuine knowledge and passion about the area and animals. I wanted to see Moose, and Sarah did not give up until we found a mother moose and her twins. The telescopes provided to see animals in the distance were outstanding!

Our guide was Sarah and she was fabulous. She loves her job and was so informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. We got to see wild goats, elk, deer, moose, and the famous 610 mamma bear with her three cubs. Also saw some beavers and swans. We were visiting Jackson Hole in April 2013 and even though it... More

What a day! We are so glad that you had a spectacular day. All of these creatures in April. Sarah mentioned that your group was one of the last groups to see Grizzly 610 with her cubs. Grizzly 610 recently chased her cubs off and is in the process of being pursued by a boar grizzly. The drama of spring... More

This 4-hour tour was by Brad Cole and he was excellent, very knowledgeably, provided the binoculars, so enjoyable and could answer any question we had. He shared so much about the wildlife, seasons, their environment to each other. He showed the utmost respect for the animals and you could genuinely understand his passion. We viewed elk, buffalo, sheep, moose, 3... More

WOW!!! I am not sure who was more excited about this trip, Biologist Sarah Ernst or the guests. This group really made a great connection. That is the goal of Teton Science Schools, connect people, place and nature. Sarah, outstanding job. I love the photo of a shoeless biologist getting kids excited about being in the out of doors.
