This museum contained much more than I expected. It is full of wonderful paintings, sculpture and artwork. I would recommend this as a stopping point on any trip to Yellowstone or the Grand Tetons.

Beautiful building and wonderful art. I did not have enough time to really enjoy it as it deserves. The sculptures were fantastic. When we were there National Geographic had a traveling photo exhibit really moving.
The building is impressive from the road but even more so when you get to the entrance and go inside. You could spend hours here. Great view of the Elk Refuge across the road, the have a telescope. Do take the time to visit.
We did not go through the Museum galleries but had lunch here as I had seen it recommended on Trip Advisor.Brilliant spot as views over the elk refuge grasslands and mountains.Food was great. We had pulled
beef on a fresh bun and side of coleslaw, hamburger with chips, iced tea and soft drink with refills for $24. Great value for delicious...

We saw the gorgeous sculptures from the road and after passing a few times we drove up to see the museum itself. The space is open with excellent representations of the life and creatures in the local artistry. There are an amazing variety of collections and superior displays. From the museum you can look across the street to the wide...

western and wildlife art........the very best ---definitely worth seeing if you are in the Jackson area.
Many exhibits of the surrounding location. Great place to learn about local animals and birds. After your visit here, go out and see nature at its best.
The National Museum of Wildlife Art is unusual as the whole museum is presented around the theme of wildlife art. Great paintings and sculpture is a very naturalistic environment. The café is superb as well.
We Enjoyed a Few Hours There Looking At the Art. They Also Have a Nice Lunch Cafe - With Vegetarian Offerings. Brad From The Teton Science School Took Us Here The Day Before For Lunch - Great Lunch and Tour!
My favorite exhibit was the National Geographic photography. I also enjoyed seeing all of the scuptures, inside and outside of the building. The view from the museum is fantastic, and I especially liked the fact that they had a spotting scope set up in the Members room for viewing the wildlife on the Elk Reserve.
