Many things were reminiscent, but it was nice to share with my grandchildren the memories I have from my childhood. A lovely way to spend time with them. The butterflies were worth the wait, bring comfy shoes!

I have to say that this was one of the best meseums i have been to. My grand kids really enjoyed the live butterfly exhbit as well did me and my husband. This natural history Museum ranks with the nation's five or six best! The dioramas are unequaled and the collections, broad in their appeal.

Hadn't been there in almost 40 years since moving out of state. It did not disappoint. Still has very good exhibits covering the animals and the peoples of the world. I visited during several of their special exhibits but the one that was most memorable was the Cleopatra exhibit. I love the museum because of the old Milwaukee exhibit that they have. In the past several years, the Milwaukee Public Museum has brought some of the most interesting special exhibits....there is no reason to have to go to Chicago anymore...it is in our backyard.

Great time at the museum! We went to see the Pirate exhibit, it was very cool. You will see may items from an original pirate ship, including the only pirate treasure chest ever found. I went to this museum for their Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit while on a business trip. This is a very nice little museum that does a great job at putting on special exhibits. I was quite impressed. This year that had one on pirates that I would have loved to have seen but didn't have the time.
