We went on a Saturday morning in May, the animals were being fed and loved the peacocks walking around. For a small zoo it was clean and the animals were active. Spent about 2 hours and for the cost it was a bargin.

It's a nice small zoo. Clean and fun for small children. If you are looking for a large zoo experience like that of Columbus, OH or San Diego, this is not it. However if you are looking for a nice afternoon out with the kids, this is fun.

This is a smaller zoo of course but for younger kids like my daughter it was perfect. She got to see a bunch of animals and feed some goats without having to go all the way to milwaukee.

Even though the weather was cold, the animals were out in full force and there were no crowds. Our kids fed the giraffes (you buy a cracker for $1 and can go anytime between 1-3pm) and enjoyed the petting area very much. As the grand kids get older they have lost some of the excitement of going to this zoo as it is quite small. Very clean, staff always friendly, costs too much for such a small zoo but worth the trip at least once if you are in the area.

Very wide open spaced and excellent animal conditions. The selection of different animal species and kinds was very much appreciated. It takes alot of walking, but overall an excellent zoo-the way a zoo Should be!

Lots for the kids to see and do... they loved feeding the giraffe and riding the merry go round. Petting zoo was neat too.

This was our second trip to the NEW Zoo. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable, and my daughter had a great time. The admission is very reasonable. Both times we went, we went in February.
