The lunch was a simple buffet with sandwiches. The seating was at tables and was a nice way to chat with other visitors. While I thought it would go to a higher elevation, it did "turn around" at a scenic waterfall.

Saw the fall colors in the 1st week of October. Very scenic trip up to a small water falls, then same route back. Recommend paying a little more for the better view in the parlor car. Lunch was sandwiches, cold slaw, cut fruit, chips, pie like you might get in an average grocery store - not gourmet.
