Attended my granddaughter's cheerleading competition there this past weekend. Very easy to find and just a short drive from our oceanfront hotel. This is a very nice facility.

Easy access, free parking, modern & clean. No free wi-fi; no outside food or drinks allowed--typical $8 hamburgers, etc. at concessions, with some fresher-type selections like salads and fruit, which sold out.

Modern arean. Free parking a plus. Parking crowded but ample. Bathromms well maintained during events.

Attended a junior cheerleading competition here that my granddaughter was competing in. The facility is nice, well designed, with good free-parking. However, everything was overpriced, they charged $16/person a day to enter, and the food was almost “theater” priced. Good location for an expo with plenty of space for vendors, packet pick up and such. There were other events being held at the convention center, but they were in different parts of the center and didn't seem to overlap (dispite me not picking up my material until 7:30 pm). This is a brand new convention center and architecturally pleasing. During our visit which was for a gymnastics competiton there were also a gun show and a coin show running simultaneously, yet the three events never seemed to overlap, fortunately.

The Place was clean when I went some years ago, and there were plenty of brochures and coupon books for the area.

For a building that the city torn down the previous building to replace, you would expect something better. It's just a big open space without "flow". I have attended several other occassions just as craft fairs, etc. and just not impressed.

The renovations make the place better but its still a distance away from lunchs or hotels. Good for open space event but could be better.
