We called in to the factory on Rapaura Rd, Blenheim after sampling wines in the Marlborough region for a good part of the day. The factory is small with a glassed-in area separating the shop from the factory. We received 2 samples of chocolate when we arrived and then the process was explained. We were then left to wander the... More

The chocolate samples were good, and it was nice to be able to look at the chocolate making process, but everything was so expensive! Was hoping there would be ice cream or even hot chocolate to buy, but unfortunately there was none. The chocolate was really good though!

When you step inside the building, you'd think you're in chocolate heaven. Although the place is not very big, the different sections of chocolate displays of different chocolate products is beautifully designed. You get to sample a piece of chocolate once you're inside. What I had was just heavenly. You get to see the chocolate kitchen or factory from the... More

This chocolate factory has some really yummy chocolates. They made some chocolate hot cross buns for easter which were really nice. They even have sugar free chocolate for the person who cannot have sugar.

This is just a shop - a nice shop with excellent quality chocolates for sale, but it's a retail store rather than a tourist attraction. The premises aren't large. One wall is glass so you can see staff forming whichever chocolate treat they are making that day. On a busy day you may need to wait awhile as this glass... More

Kids had nagged and nagged to go here after reading about it in a booklet but were really quite disappointed as they thought they would get a real experience or tour about the making of the chocolates - whereas this really is just a very nice chocolate shop with a window into the kitchen. Chocolates were also very expensive -... More

Ok, I think they do not make their own chocolate there (only a hunch). I think they import the chocolate as bulk, melt it and then make different combinations by dipping fruits and biscuits in it. I mean it is not a chocolate factory, so I shouldn't expect much, BUT I DID. The chocolate is good but very expensive. Ah... More

We called in for a quick visit on our way out of Kerikeri and were offered free chocolate samples as soon as we entered the shop. A visit here doesn't take very long. The most interesting part of was being able to see the chocolates being made inside the shop. The chocolates are a bit expensive but so nice -... More

As soon as we entered the shop, we were offered chocolate for tasting. The chocolate we tasted was one of the best chocolates I had. It melts in your mouth. We ended up buying a couple of that chocolate and also a macadamia popcorn. Ask for tasting chocolate if you are unsure if you like the chocolate. My son wanted... More

The girl who greeted us was lovely, very helpful and bubbly, perfect for a chocolate shop! We bought two lots of chocolates, which were delicious (a little expensive). So the shop and product were great - but it's not really a place to visit for a touristy experience, just a lovely shop where you can see the product being made.
