The Taylor Farm is a small family farm with cows, chickens, pigs, a donkey and two horses, Molly and Megan. There was snow on the ground, so we were able to go for a sleigh ride. It was supposed to be 45 minutes, but it was more like 30. It was a pleasant experience and we would go back in... More

My husband ad I took our two grandchildren, ages 6 and 8 on the Taylor Farm sleigh ride. We live only one hour away, and the night before it snowed and left a thick covering of snow on every tree limb. We got there a little early and strolled over to watch the cows eat hay. Then it was time... More

We went to Taylor farm for a sleigh ride with our 3 and 5 year olds. We all loved the ride. We bought some of the farm's cheese to eat during the camp fire stop where we roasted marshmellows and had hor cider. Great experience!

We had a fabulous time, everyone was super friendly, and the cheeses (not to mention other VT made goodies) were wonderful. We spent the week in VT, but my children said that this was their favorite part; more so than skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, etc.

Found out about Taylor Farm while researching for a weekend trip to the area, specifically for a very rural, non commercial sleigh ride. This was the perfect spot. We have been here several times for the sleigh ride, and it is definitely worth the trip. Staff is friendly and helpful, booked the ride by phone, reasonable cost. Last year, we... More

Growing up in Louisiana and having experienced very little snow, we had the most wonderful sleigh ride. It took us through the snow, complete with beautiful Percheron horses and jingle bells! We had a stop in the woods for hot apple cider and roasted marshmallows over a perfect fire! Our guide was friendly and had great folksy charm. Purchased wonderful... More

John was fantastic, showing us all around the farm and letting us roam freely throughout the barns with our dog. The chickens and roosters are a sight to see, for .50 you can purchase a huge bucket of chicken feed and they will follow you anywhere! The grounds are beautiful and you can sit and talk for hours with the... More

Taylor Farm is a great place to stop and pick up local cheeses and other products (honey, ice cream, maple syrup...), check out the cheese-making operation, visit with the farm animals...the staff are friendly and very willing to chat about the operation. I love wandering around the barns being stalked by chickens, and the sleigh rides are amazing. Definitely worth... More

We found this place here on TripAdvisor and decided to make the stop on our vacation. It was a nice looking farm with friendly staff. They weren't making any cheese the day we stopped in, but you could see the area where they would make it. They have a few samples out to try as well. We bought some cheese... More

Nothing beats coming here for gallons of fresh milk, farm fresh eggs and cheeses! I load up every time I am here! Love it!
