The church rising above the cemetery is picture perfect, but in its shadow is this cemetery. I could have spent the entire day here reading the headstones. This is a place filled with history. “Perfect New England Cemetery”

grave of Robert Frost. Behind Bennington Museum which is a nice small museum with a collection of Grandma Moses. Cemetery sits next to quintessential New England church in Old Bennington which is a great place to drive around for the lovely old home and of course the Bennington Battle Monument
