We saw the The Cast of Beatlemania-A Multimedia Tribute to The Beatles here and it was great fun. People sang along, stood up and danced, and felt very connected to the performers. The theater is sized just right, and the management cares about it's customers.

We attended a John Gorka concert here on the night of 5-17-2013. The theater itself is almost 100 years old, and it's fairly small in size, but it's been restored very, very well, and it's smaller size adds a lot of intimacy to the performance. For John Gorka's concert, it was perfect. We were on the 4th row, had great... More

What a great venue! The space is a great size for most any type of performance. You are close enough to see faces and have a full performance experience. They have a varied schedule that keeps both local and visitor interest.

Super warm feel with a great history!! The Michael Jackson tour will be here for the weekend but sadly we will have to miss it because we will have already left town :( Hopefully next time we are here there will be another Michael Jackson tour to see! :)

Unlike the megaplex theatres of today The Egyptian has the old charm and intimacy of original classic and historic theatres.

Always excellent performances, and a great variety of them. Very intimate venue, informal, fun, right in the middle of Park Avenue. We thoroughly enjoy the fact that there is not a bad seat in the house, and the performers interact personally with the audience. A nonprofit foundation runs it. A DO NOT MISS in Park City.

I visit the Sundance Film Festival every year and always try to get tickets to a show that is playing at this theater. There is not a bad seat in the house and it is small and intimate. They have snacks and a full bar in the lobby although alcohol cannot be taken into the theater. The decor is unique... More

SCORE! Tickets for "Fat Shaker" during opening days at Sundance. Loved the ambiance of the theatre, comfy seats, lovely details in this old theatre. (Wish the movie had lived up to the elegance of the Egyptian!)

The Egyptian Theater is located in the historic downtown of Park City, UT. It is on the main street. During the year, there are a number of plays and comedy acts that perform there. During the Sundance Film Festival, it is one of the choice locations to feature films. The theater is small (my estimate is there are about 400... More
