We took the Whooping Crane 4.5 hour boat trip. The guide did an excellent job of explaining all the birds we were seeing and all the history about the Whooping Cranes. The trip was very informative and relaxing.

Family and I took the scat cat out for a 11.5 hr fishing trip. Crew was very nice, boat was clean and well kept. It was our first fishing trip and we loved it. Caught a few fish and had fun. Can't beat that for the price.

The wharf is usually bustling with fishing boats and tour boats with activity coming and going. The restaurants serve fresh, local fish in a either a rustic or upscale atmosphere.
