Been to many venues. But, I like the kind where you can see the stage without opera glasses. This place is it! Comfortable seats, close enough to feel apart of the stage without any blocking, and nice balcony. The lobby is small. But has a concession stand which sells items, including popcorn, on one side of theater, and on the... More

This is a fun little theater without the fuss of the large venue concert halls. THe talent is usually good and clean for the family. It is the old theater converted into a live performance hall. They have surprisingly good bookings in shows. This is a great place to go for dinner on Main Street and then the show afterward.... More

Small town feel. Big town shows. Side room for wine drinking, historic feel. A good addition to Grapevine. Movie on Friday nights are entertaining with a spokesman before show with background on the classic movie you are about to see. Enjoy.. We did.

The last two years we have celebrated our anniversary in Grapevine. The Opry is a great evening of local musicians and performers. Excellent show, seating & sound. We also saw the Texas Tenors at same theater. Love those guys. Only improvement could be in their concessions. We already have reservations for this December.

Have been there only once to see an Elvis tribute artist, but the venue was excellent for the live show -- comfortable seating and no sight restrictions.

Well, this is just a little gem of a theater in the heart of Main Street in Grapevine, TX. I first visited the Opry on August 11, 2012 for the Vince King Tribute Artist performance. The theatre completely took me by surprise. Then, I returned on Sept 8th for one of the Opry's recurring "Country Music Showcase" performances. Great music,... More

If you want to see rising stars and have a fun evening be sure to attend one of the Opry's weekly events. Rocky Dribble, the producer and on stage performer continnues to assemble a cast of stars who can not only play country music but entertain as well. Our favorite is attending a theme night such as 50's Rock n... More

Don't let the term Opry deter you! The talented musicians can play any and all kinds of music and they do. I would definitely take tourists for fun!

The Grapevine Opry is a small music hall. I'd estimate that it holds 150 to 300 people. It's a great place for musicians to show their stuff. However, whether it is good or not depends entirely on what group is playing. I heard about 4 bands. Two were pretty good, two were not so good. None were really good. I... More
