Saw Bill Burr there in April and really liked the venue as well as the staff running it. My wife and I had seats in the upper deck that were rather small so we opted to stand off to the side. An usher told us that we couldn't stand where we were due to fire code. We considered just leaving... More

We saw Jim Gaffigan there in March and had a great experience. The venue is so remarkable because it is quite large but feels so intimate. Our seats were toward the back of the theater on the main ground level but even with that it felt very close and could see Jim clearly. The whole theater itself has a strong,... More

My wife and I are residents of Dallas. And my wife especially is an audiophile, so we go to shows. If you have an opportunity, see a good band here. Last one we saw was Ben Harper - really good.

I have attended four events at the Majestic Theater over the years. Since it's downtown without convenient parking, I have taken to using valet parking, which is expensive and takes forever to get my car. The theater itself is grand and historic, but there is no good place to wait until they open the inner doors... the lobby is small,... More

Went with friends. Long walk in the cold, but in the spring might have been nice since the walk is past a lot of shopping places. The atmosphere is neat but not for the prices. The movie was awful - wish I had been warned about how awful it was. I almost left.

Went to see this performance at the Majestic Theater and we were pleased. The theater is beautiful and our seats were excellent. It looked as if all seats would be as good. Wonderfully restored art deco theater!! Can't wait to go again for another show!!

The Majestic theater is our exposure to Broadway shows in our own home town. This is an excellent conversion of an old movie house to a live performance stage house.

I was in the 3rd from front row and when the chandelier came as required by the play I was mesmerized!!! What a great theater to support such a play!!! The sound was perfect and the atmosphere electric. Only wish was for more comfortable seat padding.

This is a good sized theatre, but being the only movie house in town there is no other choice. Personally, I feels it needs to be painted (outside and in), recarpeted and personnel who can move slightly faster. It has an excellent location and plenty of parking. JUST UPDATE, PLEASE ! ! !

We went to see George Lopez here this summer and we found parking across the street. We also found a wonderful restored theater with a bar on the premises. There was not a bad seat in the house, you could see and hear everything. I want to say if you want old school class and style visit here.
