This was a great little market to spend some time in downtown Nashville. Located near bi-centennial park, it's a short walk from the capitol building. We visited in May, some local produce was available, many, many plants and flowers, and lots of local vendors. We picked up some delicious cheese and hand-cut egg noodles. The food/cafe building offers a pretty...

Passed the farmers' market on the way to brunch (Garden Brunch Cafe - also excellent) and swung back by after we ate. Skipped the flea market building, but enjoyed wandering through the extensive plant sections and the market house (think electic food court in a barn). Had to stop for cupcakes at The Sweet Stash - the almond blueberry cupcake...

We visited briefly to grab some fruit as we walked around the Bicentennial Capital Mall State Park as part of our hop on / hop off tour. In our home town the Farmers' Market is only open two days a week (Wednesday and Saturday) during the summer and closes at noon so it is shuffle through full of customers. So...

Went here on a Saturday...three generations of us. Everyone found something delicious to eat. I had a gyro....yum! Other family members had BBQ. Loved all of the flowers!!!! Bought a metal rabbit to display in the garden...cute as can be! I've been here in the fall when all of the mums are out...gorgeous!! Highly recommend the farmers market!!!

In April, there is little to see a far as actual local produce, but it was still enjoyable. Since the parking...

We walked through the Farmer's Market on our way to the bells at Bicentennial Park,...

While exploring Nashville I happened to drive by the Farmers market. A friend from the area had told me it was a great place to get lunch & the variety was superb. So with a car full of people that REFUSED to make decision on what they wanted or where they wanted to eat, I made the decision ( because...

We saw that this was a stop on one of those hop-on/hop-off attractions. We didn't have time to do it but we stopped at several of the stops as we had a car. It was a good thing we came around lunch time because we had many choices to choose from. Although some of the vendors were closed that day,...

This was a great place to visit w/our church group today. Not only did everyone have their pick of eatery and $ to spend, there was plenty of seating together although the place was well populated. A good meal was had by all beginning w/the exploration of the possibilities to enjoying every bite. After the meal we split and walked...
