If you like country music, this is a great place to spend a couple of hours. The history is amazing. The displays are top notch, we especially liked seeing the cars. Who knew they could put a TV in a car back in the 1950s?

If your a country fan, this museum is a must. Plan on spending several hours. The PATSY CLINE exhibit is here now.The gift shop has everything you would ever want for souvenirs.
I was expecting a lot more. I feel this location is over priced for what you get to see. We spent a little over an hour walking through. Just not overly impressed with the displays. We even got a AAA discount. Just not worth the money. Enjoyed stopping in the honky tonks and listening to live music much better.
This was a really fun place to go, and it feels like you have to, since you're in Nashville. It's a little pricey, but you can get $2 off by showing your AAA card. The museum is full of artifacts from huge country music singers, and those who are less well known (at least to someone who isn't a huge...

You just have to see this. So many in the Hall of Fame and the gold discs form them all. The artefacts that they have from the stars. Elvis' gold car and his gold piano. Whilst we were visiting there was a special exhibition of Patsy Cline . It bought a tear to your eye Amazing place
We were there during the last week of the Patsy Cline exhibit and it was very interesting and well done. The whole museum is nicely done, well laid out, easy to get around and see stuff. A lot of videos and that was definitely the best part. Especially one in a little 'theatre' tucked away - a whole history of...

It would be very easy to spend a whole day in this museum of all that is good in Country Music. There are numerous visual and audio insights into what has made this music so appealing to millions of fans. There is also a nice little restaurant and a friendly bar/cafe.
Country music seems to be changing in this town, listen for yourself. This wonderful legendary music will remind you how it should and use to be. This is pre Gareth brooks!
Be sure to try to find out when they will be having the Singer/Songwriters Talk in the auditorium. It is a very intimate venue with Q&A session with the person giving the talk/performance. Not every day. Good museum, good restaurant in the beautiful lobby, too.
What a great music museum. It is well laid out with so many amazing displays.
It tells so many stories and will bring back many happy memories. Everything is well detailed and well informed.
Make sure you visit Studio B which is included in the price if you opt for the top ticket. Great to see where artists such as...
