Set deep in the mountains of Southern Snowdonia, sail underground, through a waterfall and back across a thousand years into the darkest of the Dark Ages. Guided by your boatman, explore vast underground caverns and winding tunnels whilst tales of King Arthur and other ancient Welsh legends are told. Complete with dramatic scenes, light and sound this is a real adventure for all ages in all weathers - the underground caverns are cool when hot and dry when wet. « less

On the whole not a bad experience but I would like to have heard more about the history of the mine itself. Kings Arthur and his stories were great for children but some history and background of the mine would be of interest too.

Really good experience, plenty of time down in the labyrinth and a short boat ride as well. My grand kids and husband and I all enjoyed it equally great for all the family.

We have been here several times and we always enjoy it, even though we know the stories inside out and back to front. The journey by boat is a really exciting part of visit and although it's essentially the same journey in reverse there is a different surprise to greet you as you leave. The audio is now very clear... More

We have visited Corris and the craft centre many times and the welsh rarebit in the cafe is yummy especially with the red mustard!! This time now our kids (3 and 6) are older we have ventured into the labyrinth!! We read another review which suggested buying tickets for a trip in an hour or so then having lunch but... More

Thanks for your review, we're pleased that you all enjoyed the trip after years of waiting. Good to read that you enjoyed the Welsh Rarebits in Y Crochan cafe too. Our Welsh Rarebits, which follow a traditional Welsh recipe are really popular, some recent research has shown that the most popular is the Traditional Rarebit with apple chutney, then the... More

Myself, hubbie and 7 year old son came April 2013. Not too busy and got on the ride 5 minutes after paying. I thought the price was ok. After putting on our hard hats we were soon on our way down ! Son was a little apprehensive and kept very close at all times. The guides where good, stories interesting... More

You go down an old slate mine and take a little boat trip before walking through different king Arthur stories. It's good fun, and the set ups are good in underground location.

Enjoyed going down the old slate mine to hear king arthur stories. You take a very short boat ride before being led by a guide to different parts. The craft centre where it is is good for a look around, particularly the pottery one with smoking dragons.

they could do so much more (that wouldnt cost them much if anything) and they simply havent - big shame because it has huge potential. Get some volunteers in to do it for you! Some recommendations - 1. more lights - use them to enhance the show. 2. a can of gold paint on the rock, to look like gold... More

Thanks for your review and suggestions. At King Arthur’s Labyrinth we take our visitors on a journey, which passes through a waterfall and back across a thousand years to the time of King Arthur. The dramatic cavernous setting of the underground Labyrinth provides the perfect backdrop for the retelling of these Welsh legends. The visit, like the stories, is full... More

Visited with grandparents and kids and all enjoyed it. On arriving at Corris craft Centre go and pay for your trip as there will be a waiting period which you can easily fill in the many craft shops and the good cafe. This attraction has improved since we last visited ( many years ago) and the Arthurian stories are good... More
