The New York Post called it "A Hot Ticket".Entertainer and entrepreneur Calvin Gilmore launched The Carolina Opry on South Carolina's Grand Strand in 1986. His live music variety show features a cast of 36 of the nation's top singers, dancers, comedians and musicians in its own 2200-seat show palace with state-of-the-art sound and lighting and three giant video screens. My wife & I are 62 and from the North so.. our taste in music is less country and more of the 60 - 80s.. if you know what I mean. This show was wonderful. The performers have amazing voices and their range.. outstanding. Being who we are, we were more entertained by our taste but, this show should not...

Best show in the area (been to "One" at Alabama Theatre, Legends etc:) Hands down this is the best, outstanding singing, productions and clean comedy. Great evening.

Carolina Opry was recommended by some family members who had been there a couple of years ago. I went to appease my wife...expectations weren't that high. I was incredibly surprised. The talent ran deep, the music selections were eclectic and electric. The venue was inviting, plenty of parking, easy in and easy out. I recommend The Carolina Opry to anyone...

Just OK...nothing special. Prices way too high for the product received. At least parking was no problem. Music selection was good but performers did not meet my expectations.

Great show have seen it several times. They offer 50% of in January so buy ahead. This year we sent our daughter and her boyfriend.

We saw Good Vibrations at the Carolina Opry. It was wonderful - so enjoyable. There were so many songs that I recognized from my childhood and teenage years. Definitely a must see.
