I love the beach and I do like this beach. It's great to go to during the day or night. The one drawback is that they charge for this beach. It's not a huge beach but clean. At night if you go it's nice to watch the surfers. More

This is open Atlantic waters with fine sand, wind and lots of sun. Sometimes the waves are high enough for surfing. Plenty of parking ($$$). The traffic can be heavy on the roads leading to it. Public transportation is sparse. More

There's not much more to say... Narragansett Beach is a Rhode Island classic. Smooth beach sand, miles of beach, generally calm surf. Perfect for families with young kids learning how to body surf, or lovers enjoying the sun and ocean, getting to know each other. More
