It's your typical Renaissance Faire with all the medieval costumes, jousting, performance artists and funky olde food. But you also get the benefit of a permanent location, which allows for the winery and store, and I just love the falconry display and performances. Truly cool. Make sure you plan a full day, so you can really enjoy all there is...

We decided to stop by this winery before heading over to another one and glad we did. It is a beautiful area. The grounds are immaculate with beautiful flowers, etc. The wine shop is very nicely done. The sampling was very nice and the guy pouring knew all about the wines and was very informative. This is one winery I...

This is a well run organization that really "gets it" in terms of themed parties, customer service and providing a venue that is great for a day trip for both the whole family or your college buddies. We have attended Ren Faire many times, and have gone to their other festivals as well. The beer festival they run in May...

I love the whole concept of a Ren Faire. Personaly I enjoy dressing up and in merging myself in the whole idea for a few hours. The songs, acting and the interaction with actors is a ton of fun. the human chess game, the joust, the bawdy songs, shakepsere, the whole thing. I am a huge fan!
Tastings here are free; which is rare at Pa tasting rooms anymore. They have about 20 different types of wines that they have and you can taste every single one of them if you wish. It's awesome. I really like their fruit wines and their El Puerto Del Dragon packs quite a punch (save that one for the end). Good...

We visited this place in October 2012. Enjoyed our visit a lot. I think it will be hot during summer months, since everything is outside. Food was great, shows were great. We did buy some of their wines.
This is a great family day. It is like stepping into a small English Shire that the Queen is visiting for the day. The GARDEN thru out the Shire are incredible while in bloom and the Halloween deco are fun. Singing, comedy, magic are all in the shows. Many shops with everything from jewlery to hats and leather works. Great...

My husband and I participated in the local Valenwine tour of selected wineries, and Mount Hope Estate was our first stop of the day. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly young man, and directed to the tasting room in the back. We were not rushed, and were able to taste any and all wines of our...

The winery has a great holiday blend that goes great from Thanksgiving thru New Years. I always go there in the Fall and purchase a case or two for the holidays. It also makes a great inexpensive gift. Stop in and try all their blends.
