I did read that it wasn't a factory tour, and I am glad they didn't charge, because the chocolate store with a bunch of antiques in it and some ladies filling chocolate molds in the back doesn't seem like much of a museum or a factory tour to me. We did buy some chocolate, and it was very good.

The best chocolate around. I visit there every time I go to lancater we go to Litiz first for our candy. The place is very clean and the workers are friendky and helpful

A small chocolate factory, Wilbur Chocolate is located in the cute town of Lilitz which is a must see in and of itself. It's just a big store hawking their products. We didn't even consider paying to tour the factory. No real attraction except for watching kids beg their parents. We didn't think the chocolate was as good as Hershey's. We question the judgement of our friends, who said it was a "must-see."

Nice quick little trip to a quaint PA town...The smell of chocolate when you enter the Wilbur store/museum hits you and starts the taste buds wanting some Wilbur buds!! If you have a desire for chocolate - this place will fill all your needs. Pretty crowded if it is around a holiday that focuses on candy. We were there near Easter so it was pretty packed. Very good chocolate.

Our visit to Wilbur Chocolates was the day before Easter---prob not a good idea! Our visit was good considering the crowd! and the Easter Bunny showed up in FULL costume which added to the confusion! And I knew that, but the lady tried to tell me that they never made white chocolate wilbur buds, and I had to tell her that in the early 90's they did. Because I used to by some on a weekly basis.
