Since 1997, the brothers have been handcrafting world-class beers that combine traditional English brewing techniques with the eclecticism of new American brewing. While only available in the Mid-Atlantic region, Tröegs Brewery is known nationwide for their award-winning Troegenator Double Bock, highly-desirable seasonal releases like Nugget Nectar and The Mad Elf, and brewery-only beers like the Scratch and Splinter series. Tröegs Brewery in Hershey, Pennsylvania provides guests with a complete brewing experience. The brewhouse is located in a 5,000 square foot tasting room that opens onto a beer garden. Visitors are able to observe the brewing process firsthand, and take a self-guided tour along a window-lined hallway for a close-up view of the entire brewery. « less

This place is for older teenagers with family and friends. Their set-up is inviting to try different beers and see their brewery. Their shop on the premises is nothing special, but shirts, beer sales, hats, etc. Inside is like being in a beer garden, so don't expect comfortable seating....benches and long wooden tables. It is a cheerful atmosphere and you... More

We went on the Brewery Tour in April and Andrea was our tour guide. She was fantastic - full of knowledge, got everyone involved, funny and friendly. She poses for pictures, too. She made the tour a positive event that will be remembered for a very long time. We may head back, just to see her! The kids hung out... More

Troegs offers a great selection of their beers on tap! Not only do you get to sample their flagship beers and their seasonals, but they also have the Scratch series on tap! Some of the reviews on here that are more negavtive talk about food, the food selection has grown and is rather delicious. The tour is self guided, which... More

We've been looking forward to visiting Troeg's for years. We were lucky to be able to participate in the guided tour. NOTE: Be sure you sign up for this in advance, it will be full when you get there. For five dollars you get a comprehensive tour of the brewery and the brewing process. We got to taste a green... If your beer lover you've probably had several of Troegs excellent craft brews. There is probably not a better way to experience Troegs craft brews then at the brewery. The tasting room is large with plenty of seating, the center piece being a bar running about 60ft long with all of their varieties on tap, including current seasonal and scratch... More

First and foremost, Troeg's beer is great! My favorite of the night was Nugget Nectar. The bartenders and staff were friendly and eager to offer recommendations based on taste preferences. The brewery is simple, clean and spacious with plenty of parking and seating indoors and out. A group of us took a self-guided tour and enjoyed the fun facts and... More

While looking for fun things in the Hershey area before heading over to Lancaster, I found this brewery online and checked it out. It was less than 2 miles from Hershey Park (along the same road) so we figured this would be a great place to go before heading out to Lancaster for some appetizers or lunch. The brewery is... More

First it's advertised as a tasting room for the beer, so why the high chairs! Do baby's taste beer. The food they do serve is certainly not kid-friendly, yet there was children running around. It's a brewery why do they allow this!! While the beer is good, I will not be soon returning, having children running around spoiled the day...... More

Good beer, and a nice tour of the brewery. Menu and food items could be better, it seems they try to go upscale, bar food would be better .
