We never come to town without stopping by Pacific Blues several times each week for Jason's excellent Six Cheese Lasagna, a particularly wonderful rice dish, and a chocolate fix in the form of brownies, lava cake, and truffles. Pacific Blues is also known as The Organic Wine Press. They are devoted to high quality Oregon and organic wines. And they know their stuff.
