Kids and I go here at least one a month to walk and see some fountains, nature, and run around. It's not a really long path, but for as stroll with kids it's great! Close to uptown but parking is tough.

Good for a Sunday stroll with the kids. Looking for a bike ride with mileage--not so good. Nice paths and is good for strollers.

What a great investment by the city of Charlotte! Our family has gone a number of times to walk to greenway in the spring. There are places along the way to stop and enjoy the natural setting such as cafe tables, benches, and fountain seating. It is a wonderful view of the city as well. Great for families and couples...

This is a really nice Greenway that offers pretty scenes & views. You can ride bikes, walk children in strollers, run & walk on these trails and feel safe & secure.

Beautiful area near historic houses that are beautiful and each is unique and beautiful. There were red brick new town homes nearby that were really pretty.
Great if you need something to do in Charlotte; not somewhere to go out of the way for. Close to restaurants and has a lot of foot and bike traffic.
Recently completed walk along the Greenway by Carolina Medical Center and the Metropolitan area. Wide walks, informational placques, water fountains and even a kiosk (although rarely open!) makes this change-over to the near uptown area of Charlotte. Fully open from Elizabeth to Princeton via Freedom Park.
