We had a wonderful afternoon tasting wines here with their very friendly and knowledgable staff just before Sandy, and I'm really worried about how the winery survived during the storm since it's so close to the water (the winery actually goes down to the shoreline). I really hope that the vines recover and they can continue to make their really... More

This small family-run vineyard is located on the most beautiful old estate on Peconic Bay. The wines are delicious and the welcome, exceptional.

For those of you who say ABC when it comes to wine you need to check out Old Fields Chardonnay. I have never been a huge fan but this wine was quite good and they 2 of them. One made in steel casks and done done in wood. I preferred the steel. They have a nice Merlot as well.

This is an amazing vineyard and winery. The family is wonderful, and I have to say, the setting is one of a kind. Converted barns make for a unique tasting experience. The farm is packed with history. Bring lunch and buy wine to enjoy by their pond and old ice house. they have a very nice variety of wine and... More

The Old Field Vineyard is a winery right out of a story book all with roaming chickens, rustic picnic benches, a picturesque property and of course wine. Pack a lunch and come lay out away from the crowds and the scene from Main Street. This quaint family owned and operated vineyard has charm and class right in the heart of... More

it was the first winery we visited , just biked there from our hotel...good wine, very nice people, beautiful property... has a feeling of a family business as oppose to 'corporate' establishments.

This has to be on any list of vinyards to visit. It's a great experience to meet a working vinyard family, taste their great wines, and soak-in the beautify of this perfect vinyard.

Beautiful vineyard with charming country feel. The tasting room is a converted chicken coup with wines featured in each coup. Wines are reasonably priced and the staff are all super friendly. Go to an even there on the water next to the old hotel the owners live in.
