I'm 18 weeks pregnant and Semara Spa was the only venue I felt comfortable booking at that provides pregnancy massage. The 'Mother to be' massage was pure bliss. Whether you are staying at semara resort or not do yourself a favour and book into semara spa, they have an amazing range of treatments at reasonable prices with professional staff; and it's all about experience/environment and attention to detail which they have mastered.
