We visit LBI at least once per year. Went here many times as a child and is nice to see that things haven't changed much. All of the towns on LBI have done a great job getting things back together after Super Storm Sandy. They are up and running and ready for the summer rush. If you have never been...

LBI has the reputation of being the sophisticated casual of the Jersey shore! A long strip of characteristic boutique shore shops line the main street of various sections of the island! Visited the island in April and almost all restaurants, shops, hotels, businesses are open and eager for you to come to this special slice of heaven. Beaches are as beautiful as always, and the bay is ready for your boating enjoyment. Come down and experience the rebirth of this special place called Long Beach Island, NJ

You can make sand castles, play on the sand jetty's or float around in a pool, there are lots of Hotels with Pools! I was sad to see the damage Hurricane Sandy unleashed onto...

It is a bit more natural and less commercial than other "Jersey shore" points. All the beaches a kept very clean and there is plenty to do when you are not on the beach with...
