The ride up is scenic before you get there as you can walk to some pretty waterfalls and stop at a scenic overlook. But the view from the yard and from within the home itself is so worth it. It was a rainy , cloudy day, but we thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the castle- The waterfalls and the view from the castle are gorgeous- The garden terrace was a hidden gem/ The inside of the castle was Ok, was interesting,,but the view, the restaurant, the waterfalls, the beautiful landscaping all was totally worth this day trip.
