The Palace Theatre was a very nice surprize. We came from out of state, and this being our first visit to the theatre we were a little skeptical. The first pleasant surprize was the parking garage, which was directly across from the theatre, and being the show we saw was on a Sunday, parking was free. The staff were extremely friendly, and they did serve cocktails and... The Palace is the only surviving theater in Manchester from the near century-old days. They have about a dozen different performances per year: plays, music concerts, and other entertainers. Check out their web site for what is playing and when. I had a horrible experience trying to make reservations at the Wang Theater in Boston years ago. Not only were... More

This theatre is almost 100 years old and it shows, but that's a good thing. We were in the balcony almost to the top and the view was still great. The seats in the balcony are the original ones and are pretty cramped as far as leg room goes. The sound quality was excellent and the the show ( Divas... More

The Palace Theatre never disappoints. The venue is elegant, and the shows seem flawless. View available seats on-line, and you will notice that the ones on the side, two seats in, COST LESS. I discovered this by accident when my bi-focals were not quite aligned. Tickets are reasonable to begin with, but the matinees are really good value, especially for... More

We never have any problems when we go here. People are friendly, prices are reasonable. Great place to see a show with friends and/or family. Not really a bad seat in the house

This was my first visit to this theater was News Years Eve to see Recycled Percussion. The theater has been nicely restored. This is a small theater with only 800+ seats, so, not a bad seat in the house! I sat in the balcony, center-2nd to last row (only because that's all that was available) and the seats were terrific.... More
