Did the 2 hour rim ride tour with friends and had a great time. My friends had no riding experience and were matched with lovely horses that really put them at ease. The advantage of the 2 hour Canyon Rim Ride is that there's no food served, you just have a ride. It suits families well. You can be picked up from and returned to your accomodation. The scenery is great and the riding is easy with no experience needed. 3 of the family went and loved it.

We did the sunset barbecue trail ride. This included a 1.5 to 2 hour horseback ride on desert trails, barbecue with generous portions - choice of steak, salmon, chicken or vegetarian, with baked potato, salad and corn. Topped it off with s' mores and a campfire.
