Very nice quick spot to visit featuring the unique Big Springs. Nice picnic area and you can feel the history of Natives camping here and enjoying the springs. Kids will like the Hatchery (don't come too late or it will be closed)

This is a must for any Lewis and Clark buff! It is the most serene spot I know and we always make it a priority when visiting Great Falls.
Unfortunately on our most recent visit, we had to watch our feet continually and it was extremely difficult to avoid the goose droppings. We had to clean the stroller wheels before...

The spring itself is fascinating and not much different than when L & C found it, discounting the observation platform and walkways. The hatchery is worth a few minutes too.

My father passed and he fished every day here so fitting that we had his memorial here. We had a Marine honor guard perform the service here and then visited the veterans memorial on the hill. The park was a great place on the rivers edge and a wonderful place to get away and relax.
An interesting and beautiful stop. There is a playground for your kids to burn off some energy, and the Springs are beautiful and full of fish.
This is a beautiful place to visit. For us its a great place as we totally enjoy the outdoors. The fish are awesome just to look at if your a little stressed out or just need to relax.
What a fun place to wander and have a picnic! You can go out on the walkway over the springs and see the water bubbling up. The short trip through the interpretive display for the hatchery is also neat.
love the fish hatchery and feeding the fish. The water is so crystal clear here,it makes you want to dive in.
