We found the imuseum about the dam and the area quite informative. The lodge is impressive. It also had various tourist information available. Worth the stop.

Many interesting exhibits (most multimedia) and photographs of the building of the lake and the dam. Neat old lodge building. Very worthwhile. Also you can go across the road to a neat overlook to view the dam

We take any out of town visitors to Willmore. The views are beautiful, you can get lots of local information here and walk through the museum portion for a brief, but interesting history of the Lake. And, best of all, it's free.
