Natural and powerful healing energy flows through the hands of the practitioner while you are lying down or seated and comfortably clothed. During your individual Reiki Energy Healing session, you will receive: 1. A scan of your energy chakras: This initial scan lets you and your practitioner know if any of your energy chakras are blocked and how those blockages can affect your overall health and well-being. Knowing this can help give you a sense of awareness and direction if you’re feeling stuck in areas of your life or even ill. 2. An opportunity to create an intention: Intentions are used to focus your attention and energy on how you would like to benefit from the Reiki session. Intentions generally represent a desire for some change in your life and they enable you clarify that desire so that you can begin to create change. 3. Reiki bodywork: This involves the practitioner placing his or her hands on or just above your body in a series of positions, from your crown to your feet, while channeling life-force energy. This process promotes a sense of calm, peace, and relaxation. Additionally it promotes clarity of mind, creativity, a healthy immune system, and overall wellness. Reiki opens and aligns your energy chakras and brings energy to your intention. 4. Aura Reiki: Your higher-self, or spiritual self, benefits from giving Reiki to your aura. It is a way of helping you to clear spiritual clouds and regain a sense of connection and direction – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 5. Energy cleansing: In a process of clearing old, stagnant energy, your body and aura energy is reinvigorated and the practitioner will identify for you the color of your aura. 6. A second scan of your energy chakras: Following the Reiki bodywork, aura and energy work, your chakras will be scanned again to confirm that they have been unblocked and balanced. When your chakras are balanced, energy is able to flow freely through your body, allowing you to more easily achieve your highest potential. 7. Time to process your session: After the Reiki session, you will have an opportunity to ask questions or discuss any part of your experience with your practitioner as you so desire in order to receive clarity and closure from your session. Budding Lotus Reiki helped me balance myself and learn to enjoy every moment. It helped me let go of a lot of things I was holding on to, and truly make the most of my life. I recommend Reiki to anyone who wants to grow and heal.

My first and only Reiki experience was with Sherri at Budding Lotus. If you have never experienced Reiki or know the effects, Sherri and Jake are very knowledgeable. I was blown away by how relax I felt after my session. I HIGHLY recommend Reiki with Budding Lotus! You will not regret it.
