wish it was smoke free I am from Illinois and our casinos do not allow smoking. I don't smoke and I don't care for someone next to me smoking.

Love going to see Live greyhound races. The dogs are so fast, and look like they are having fun. You can tell how close they are to the handlers by all the tail wagging and petting. Nice that you can watch indoors or out.

The Mystique Casino is known for their great food and weekly entertainment. If you like the sound of the slot machines, this place can give you plenty of that.

The Mystique Casino is attached to the Hilton Garden Inn via a covered walkway. We were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn so my wife and I decided to try their buffet and gamble a little. The buffet was inexpensive and had a fair selection of "comfort food" but was nothing special. After dinner we went into the casino. Unlike... More

Pleasant surroundings. The smoke seems better controlled than a lot of casinos. There is space to move around at both the tables and the slots. Even when they are busy you never feel crowded.

For the bad things: Very smoky casino; we were there on New Year's Eve and the lobster from the buffet was an overwhelming smell - probably not every night but we couldn't sit & play in part of the casino because the smoke/ lobster smell combo was nauseating. For the good: The casino was bigger than we excepted and nicely... More

Basic casino. Would have been better if we would have won, but we usually never do. Not disappointed.

As most casinos go, it looked glitzy, and was filled with penny slot machines(my favorite), and looked like any other 'vegas-style' casino. Machines weren't very friendly, but it was a fun place to visit.

Table games, slots and dog racing. It's up to you where you want to leave your money. I prefer table games like blackjack and have had some success here. I also enjoy the dog track, as it is a much calmer betting experience in that there is about 10 minutes between the races. Table games and slots can be kind... More
