Decided to give myself a treat for a family vist and was not disappointed. The appointments were oppulent and the staff was very professional. Every now and then you need to treat yourself to something special and this is definitely one of those venues. Food, drink, shopping, attractions, it is all here.

I left here feeling like I was in some sort of dream world. Very attentive staff, gorgeous facility, with beautiful views over the water.

Spa staff were terrific, waiting rooms comfy with view of tour boats and floating boatramp. Had 50 minute massage which was perfect after biking Hiawatha trail down and back up. She did the full 50 minutes and concentrated where I requested. Only surprise is that they did not have small breads or fruit for an 8:30 a.m. reservation.

The hotel is so beautiful and the fact that I have lived nearby there is no reason to stay,my mom would miss me if I wasn't crashing in my old room (I love my family) but I have gone out here for the Christmas cruise and for the lighting ceremony and it is amazing I love everything about it it... So nice to have pedicure while waves lap the marina and shore, birds fly in a bright blue sky. Enjoy the finishing glow of spa treatment from the quiet room with fireplace, floor to ceiling glass, comfortable throws and seating. Yummy.

I have been there many times and have always loved it. Between the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, views, atmoshpere, etc., what not to fall in love with; it's gorgeous. They have just remodeled a portion of it, which I haven't seen, so it will even be better.

The spa is truly beautiful, they did a stellar job on their remodel. I've tried several services, and have been pleased with each of them, from hair styling, facials, massage to body treatments. They truly stive to give you as much luxury for your dollar. Well appointed waiting areas, soothing atmosphere, and beautiful views of the lake.

The resort is excellent- location, access to fun sites, service - no complaints. Food is better found outside the hotel.
