Nice set up of the garden. Lots of different flowers to see. I think it's a great place to go especially when everything is in bloom

Being that I visited in spring, all of the flowers were in bloom. I enjoyed the many desert plants which I don't see back home. The grounds were well-kept and manicured. The gardens are very clean. It's easy to find your way around the gardens. Tip:It was hot the day I visited and very little shade so I brought enough... More

Lots of interesting plants and flowers. Self-guided tour. I recommend following the sites in numerical order as it was a bit difficult to follow backwards. Great tribute to Lewis and Clark's expedition and the botanical discoveries. The most interesting area was the firewise garden. This Midwestern girl never would have thought to use fire-resistant plants around your house! They also... More

It is not the biggest botanical gardens I have visited but it is quite beautiful. Take a slow stroll through the gardens and enjoy the flowers and birds. The view of the city is nice too.

Many visits here. Fantastic concerts. Love doing family picnic dinners on the Thursday dance band nights. Enjoyable for the entire family. The lights during Christmas are a must to see. The gardening classes are so helpful.

Waited for an hour and a half past the time doors were supposed to open. Grass was not cut felt like I was in the amazon. Really? Can't cut the grass before a show? Parking was a joke. Horrible venue. Would rather travel out of state for a concert than return to this place.

Just amazing to see in the heart of the desert. Really neat gardens and settings to enjoy as a day trip with the family.

We went here in April and flowers were just starting to bloom. it is a lovely relaxing place for a nice walk around the area. I would love to see it in May/June when it was in full bloom!

Finally found time to drive into Boise around Christmas to see the Idaho Botanical Gardens. Great way for the entire family to spend a evening and get into the Christmas Spirit. We may make this an annual ritual.

If you can, go during Spring...the aroma is wonderful! I went to a wedding and reception that was held here, and I recommend it for that as well!
