Wonderful place to bring the whole family. Lots of fun at the Annual Mule Day in October every year, and very pretty at Christmas too. History abounds here.

Callaway was a very pleasant surprise. Loved it! We had been there a number of times, but the house was never open. We were really interested to tour the house. We are looking forward to returning in October for the "Mule Day" festivities.
Tour today was really nice. Buildings and grounds well manintained. The Old South is here. Wonderful place if you want to see history.

Many buildings had been brought in, so you could see everything without walking too far. The tour was just the right length. If you have time, you definitely need to go, let your imagination run wild and you can see how life...
