Went on a perfect day. Not long lines and pretty fun rides. This place is in the middle of nowhere though.
We took our children and walked the trails and just enjoyed High Falls and the time we shared there...very simple and a great place to take a picnic lunch or dinner.
We took our kids to the water park after passing it for years going to highfalls state park, it was AWSOME !!! I truly wish we would have went there years ago , very nice place for the kids life guards were on post at all times & very nice & helpful !!! Even the adults had a BLAST !!!!
You want a place to cool off, a little off the beaten path? The kids will beg to come back. Lots of fun, nice place.
Its ok, its not White Water or like some of the bigger parks, but it serves its purpose for the local people of the area...BUT don't travel there if you live far off, you might be dissapointed
Great place to take the family in the summer, excellent fishing, peaceful, a good place to relax.
I went last summer, & am about to go again, with my daughter & grandson (age 2 last summer, 3 this summer). This park was just the right size - plenty to do, but not so big we had to worry about getting lost in the crowd or whether the waterslides, etc., were too big for our little one. And...

The High Falls Water Park is just down from the State Park, sound great but it's not.
