To get the full experience you must go at high tide and when the waves are high. The shooting water is an amazing thing to see. Just a small donation requested. Parking lot closes at 6 PM.

This is beautiful to see at high tide and fun to explore around the rocks at low tide...but be careful... don't let the tide come in. This is a must bring to for tourists.

Amazing nature center and tree covered gorgeous pathway to this awe-inspiring beach setting. It is really cool to see the waves crash through the huge rock formations and shoot out of the holes 10-30 feet in the air. Prestine beach and perfect for photographs. Great for any age and cool butterfly garden and wood covered walkway above the intercoastal on... More

We drove up early in the morning so we could experience high tide and it was a cool crisp morning that reminded me of New England. It was so beautiful and my children really enjoyed exploring the rocks and looking for shells and watching the amazing water show. After viewing the rocks we walked on the boardwalk and went in... beautiful picture spot . It's best when the wind is blowing, one of the few places I've found in this area that has these large rocks close enough for kids to climb on without getting in water.

We have visited here every year for the last 5 or 6 years and this is the 1st time we have been to this preserve at high tide, when the winds are blowing. WOW! It's cool at low tide since you can scamper and climb around the rock formations and really investigate everything but at high tide, it's amazing to... More
