We have enjoyed numerous times at Demon's. It's a place to park the car, walk and meander around the marina to enjoy the beautiful sail boats, yachts, etc. Saturdays, mid day, are fun as we watch different levels of sailing classes from beginners on up. Hard to call this a "park," though technically it is. It's a jetty that has the boat slips for the Yacht Club on one side, and boat slips for the St. Petersburg Marina on the other, manicured lawns and picnic tables everywhere... This is a small park surrounded by marinas. Perfect spot to bring your own lunch, several picnic tables. Lovely place to look across the water and watch small private planes take off and land at an executive airport. Very peaceful place downtown.

Just a hop, skip and a jump from all that downtown St Petersburg has to offer. Demens Landing is best enjoyed strolling along the waterfront. My wife and I walked here from the Vinoy early Saturday morning, what a very nice quiet park, saw a family of dolphins in the inlet.

Found this one almost by accident. Love the isolation from the passing traffic since you have to cross a bridge off the beaten path to get there. Love the marina and water views. Wide open grassy area is a great place to run and play with kids and dogs.

Small park, limited parking and amenities. The view is great, right on the water but I would recommend venoy park over this one.

Signs state that parking is for marina owners and guests only but if you go over the little bridge into the park there is public parking at the end of park along the water with no parking fees or meters. I have attended the American Stage Theaters, Theater in the Park at Demens landing a few times, and found the park to be really lovely. Well maintained, and a beautiful location on the water.
