As soon as I heard this was modeled after St. Mark's in Venice I knew I had to check it out. It is worth the visit! Lovely inside, and so well maintained. The docent on duty was very well informed and available for questions. Kids liked it too.

this is some Church! from the mosaic floors to the padded pews. wow. Flagler and some family buried here. a must see.
This is such a beautiful place of worship and awe inspiring. It is quite a sight to see how the church expanded from the original building and how the congregation grew over the years. Equally wonderful is the fact that the church maintains the Hugenot Cemetary in town.
Gorgeous church and burial place of Henry Flagler his daughter and grandchild. Very historical church. Built by Henry Flagler.

This amazing building has great architecture and fantastic craftsmanship like many of the buildings Flagler was involved in. The woodwork alone is worth the visit.

After touring Flagler College (excellent) we wanted to see his church that all the tour guides talk about. A real beauty on the outside, it has some very nice elements inside. This is not an ornate church. The stained glass is pretty and colorful, but modest (and not Tiffany). The light fixtures and mahogany pews were notable. Seeing the Flagler...
