Get ready for good, ol' country fun!A long-time family favorite, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is hosted in a rustic dance hall, with rousing Wild West dancing, singing, and zany vaudeville comedy. The show was quite good and we really enjoyed the food as well. True to Disney standards - the service was excellent. This show is fabulous for anyone who enjoys a very casual atmosphere, family-style service, and "country" entertainment. The show is loud and something is always going on on the stage. The servers and potentially the entertainers will interact... More

This is by far the best meal and show in Disney World. This show never gets old and the food is a wonderfully southern treat. I suggest attending when you have a special event because they will make it extra special for you.

The concierge at the Contemporary was able to get us seats for the same-day at 6:15 PM. We were seated in Category 3, which is all the way in the back... that's not a bad thing; we had terrific service from Gloria, our server; and, a few of the performers made their way toward the back to say, "How-die!" Dinner... More

My teens (ages 16 & 17) absolutely LOVE musical theater! So, this was the best place to come and enjoy dinner. The show was interactive and very entergetic. The food was great. It is all you can eat and served family style. We had fried chicken, ribs, mashed potatoes, beans, bread, and finish it off with strawberry shortcake. YUMMY! I... More

Unlike a number of previous reviews (who visited in 2012), we watched the show on June 10, 2013. To be honest, my family and I were a bit hesitant to visit a "dinner show" at Fort Wilderness Campground. We could not have been more wrong about our initial thoughts. The show is great and the food is even better. We... More

What was Disney thinking? The title song for the Hoop Dee Doo Revue was upbeat and happy now it is slow and sad. Why was it changed? I have heard different reasons but I would truly like to know if in fact the last reason I heard was true. The tune belonged to a well know singer and Disney refused... More

It is a lot of family fun!! But sure to book early so you get a spot close to the stage. Love the interaction with the guests!!
