The location on the gold course is a perfect setting for a meal. Consistent over several years. Nothing fancy, but well done each time.

Be very careful to drive around Ocala after Midnight. Marion County Officers will find a ticket to give you even IF! you arent selling drugs or Stealing, or committing some other crime. The Female Officers are especially the ones that are hungry to give a ticket. Just be real careful and go around Ocala for your own good......

The ONLY thing keeping this from being the best course in North Central Florida is the shabbiness of the surroundings. The course is in great shape, but they need to spend a little money on crumbling cart paths, a dilapidated clubhouse, distance markers on the course, etc. Even all that won't keep me away though. Visiting from North Carolina and joined with three members. Course was great and hopspitality better. Throughout play and afterward was made to feel very special.

This course is a very good test. Greens are sloped and there are a number of water holes. Watch out for the alligators on 3 and 18. Gold tees 73.5 slope 133 6857 Yds, Blue tees 71.7 slope 129 6508 Yds, White tees 69.9 slope 126 6131 Yds.
