$17 parking and fishing fee on pier to see drunks vomiting, urinating harassing people. Had to call the police. Staff is more interested in shark fishing which scares away all the other fish. Place is filthy. Bait on all the seats and rails. If you sit or lean to look over you get nasty bait on your clothes. Very rude... More

We enjoyed breakfast here this past weekend in spite of a bad start. There was not a hostess to seat us and we had to wait until a waiter finally offered us one of his tables. The breakfast was delicious. We went back to try their dinner another night of our trip and ended up not staying. Again there was... More

I agree that someone has to pay for the maintenance and upkeep of the pier, but having just spent $55 for a meal, tip and parking, I thought it was cheeky asking me to fork over $4 for two people to walk to the end of the pier and back.

Before traveling I was looking forward to spending some time of the pier. You have to pay just to walk on it. Ridiculous.

nice pier to walk out to see the sights & fish. but you have to pay an admission fee. There is a nice restaurant there that has a nice selection of beer.

Nice way to get some fishing in if you are in LBTS. Bring your own spinning rod and light rigs that can be used with bait. No bottom fishing since there is a reef and you will get snagged and lose your rig. Cast and quik retrive is the way to go. price is $7.00 for a 24 hiur period... More

This is a very nice breakfast spot. It is right on the beach overlooking the water. Very casual and you can sit inside or out. Typical breakfast food and fresh OJ! It's good, try it.

Our nice walk along the beach of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea included this $2 stroll to watch the people fishing. Lots of pelicans and sea gulls hoping to steal some bait, and when I reported to the guy who takes your money that a fisherman had just hooked and wounded a sea gull, he shrugged and suggested I go back down the pier...
