Upon the recommendation of a stylist at Aveda in Macy's, I decided to check it out. The performance was amazing and the atmosphere unique.

A nice enough museum, but very few works of art on display. The pop art is great and has some excellent pieces in it. Other than that, we found the rest of the art underwhelming. Art of Peru was a great exhibit. The AshCan school of art was exceptionally well represented. Great glackens work on view. Repairs from storm Sandy still ongoing causing many of the galleries to be closed.

They had a Andy Warhol exhibit and it was great. The museum is small but for the price it was a good 2 hour destination...

The building makes a great museum, they usually have different art exhibitions featured, and many of them are from famous artists of all time periods.

World class museum, under attended, gorgeous design, some sophisticated exhibitions. Great outdoor space and giftshop.
