My husband and I scheduled a 2 hour lesson for ourselves and 4 college-age young people. We all loved it! Rick explained the process then let us work, moving about to offer suggestions and assist as needed. We were happy with our sculptures and excited to try more on our own. Would definitely recommend to families with older kids.

We had 10 people take part in learning how to make beach sculptures. The age range was from 71 years old to 6 years old. We learn how to make beach sculptures and attention was given to everyone. This is one of the best activites offered in Destin. Everyone should have this experience.

Jill, Thanks so much for the review. We had fun playing in the sand with your family. It was so great to see everyone having fun and especially your youngest lady - how she wanted her name written in sand. Your review helped us reach #8 in Destin! Thank You! Sandcerely, Rick and Capri More

We vacation frequently along the NW Gulf Coast of FLA. We take our camper and stay at beautiful places like Grayton Beach, St. Andrews, and other places from Seagrove to Panama City. Two years ago we saw Rick making a sculpture around Seaside and my wife asked him about lessons. Rick and Capri were just starting out, but agreed to... More

We so enjoyed our time with Rick and Capri this past spring break. We have 2 small boys (5&8) and they were very patient and engaging with them. Unfortunately we had some inclement weather to deal with on the day of our lesson, but they stayed around until the storm blew over to help us finish our castle. It was... More

Myself, my husband and my five year old booked sand castle lessons with Rick and Capri. They were extremely flexible as to where we could meet and showed up on time and ready to go. We learned a lot from Rick that day and Capri really made the day even better by paying extra attention to my son. It was... More

We found Beach Sand Sculptures online while looking for an activity for our 5 kids (ages 2 - 9). Rick and his wife were very flexible (given it rained in the morning) and entertaining. We could not believe all our kids (even the 2 year old boy) actively participated in the activity for the 2 hours Rick was with us... More

We had a wonderful time with Rick and Capri. We were there as a group of 8 women. They came and brought simple household tools that were used to shape and mold the sand to turn it into something beautiful. We used this lesson as part of our bible study later that night. the lesson was made more powerful because... More

What fun! Grown men playing in the sand like children. But, they are so talented! It is great fun to watch and the finished product is amazing.

Rick was awesome. We had a great family memory. Kids aged 3, 6, 7 loved it. He is great with kids and gets everyone involved.

Rick & Capri helped my fiancé create the perfect proposal in Destin Beach. They worked despite the chances of rain, and created this sand sculpture evidently while I was laying on the beach only 300 feet away! Sneaky! The sculpture really blew me away, and I never expected anything like that. I’m thankful that my fiance’s father had seen some... More
